I was selected as Engineer through campus interview by Farmparts Company in 1999. I joined on 1-Nov-1999 and worked in all sections i.e tool room, NPD, Production and STD Room till jan,2007.

I worked part time and full time as production Manager and TQM trainer in Yeric International. I was looked after cnc section in 2007 and leaned a lot in few month. I am still not forgotten the golden memories of yeric campus and TMT and production team.

- I have done new project to intall tractor parts in ECFL.
- Lead in the design, development, and implementation of the new production line, layout, and production communication materials
- Delegate tasks to the 7 members of the production & Marketing team and provide counsel on all aspects of the project.
- Supervise the assessment of all production process & product in order to ensure quality and accuracy of Parts produced.
- Oversee the efficient use of production project budgets ranging from 40Ton - 100Ton
